Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. (SWSI) is taking on the independent film maker and giving them a chance to be seen on the “Big Screen.

Silver*Ware Studios Announces – July 12, 2010 (United States) SWSI is looking for potiential clients to use his facility in mid 2011. They are looking for production companies that would be interested in using their office space, equipment, production facilities, and post production facilities. Many independent films are facing the dilemma of lack of financial support to developing high quality films. With limited resources available to Indie films, it often times makes it difficult for Indie films to compete against the “Big Boys” in the film industries. According to Gary Susman, Film Writer for Entertainment Weekly, “With rising production and advertising costs, the drying up of financing from investors outside the industry, a bottleneck in distribution that results in most Indie-made films going unseen, and competition for attention with mainstream movies that have 100 times the promotional budget and distribution muscle.” Silver*Ware Studios services for Indie films is a solution to meet independent films needs.

Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. (SWSI) will not only be producing feature films, television show, animation, music, and video game programs, but they will be all so help other production companies produce their own film. In their facility, they will have their own equipment and office space to lease out to independent film makers and company. Indie films will have a chance to compete with the “big boys” and create what they really envision with their projects. This might include funding if packaged properly; for those that want to keep creative control.

SWSI plans to offer the Indie film maker a large number of facilities at their disposal. This includes motion capture, green rooms (four wall coverage), post product, etc. They even offer their own distribution through their distribution division (Silver*Ware Distribution) with Shoreline Entertainment, Inc. There will be no need for the producer to run around the city looking for all the components to make just one film. They plan to be the film industry’s “one stop shop” in the south.
“Being in Georgia has its advantages,” stated Travis Ware.

Travis is about to break ground on construction of his studio in the state of Georgia. Georgia is known for having the one of the best Film Tax Credits within the US. The state gives a generous tax credit of 30% of the film budget. This means a great deal to film makers that has a budget over $500,000 dollars and is shooting their project in “Peach State”. Producer/Director, Travis Ware is taking advantages of these three projects set about the same time the construction of the long awaiting studio. Travis is producing and directing two feature films (Photo Finish and Immortal Secrets) and a 3D animated television series (Wind & Fire), from SWSI’s, animation department (Silver*Ware Animation Studios). Each project, will be developed and shot in Georgia and exceeds the budget mark, qualifying them for the tax credits. SWSI plans to take advantage of the tax cut on film equipment; spending millions of dollars on equipment. The equipment is to produce their first three projects and stock up their studio for other production clients that want to shoot in Georgia. The need for SWSI is important and in high demand by producers, writers, promoters on the east coast of the United States because there is no other studio that can completely accommodate special effects, animation, motion capture and full-length features. They will be the leading studio in this field. They will also distribute movies, video games, and DVDs.

SWSI will have more than just a movie studio on their facility. There are five divisions under the “umbrella” of SWSI. This includes Silver*Ware Animation Studios, Silver*Ware TV, Silver*Ware Records, Silver*Ware Distribution, Silver*Ware Home Entertainment. They’ll cover every aspect of the film, television, and gaming industry.

When fully built, the SWS studio lot will comprise 131,330 SF of film and television production space in 30 state-of-the-art sound stages, including up to over 56,000 SF of office, retail, industrial and commercial space for related industries. Properties are Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. will be located on a 60 -acre sites with access to a back lot of over 20 acres located in Cumming, GA. Building construction is expected to begin Fall/Winter, 2010/2011 with the full complex. Travis started writing screenplays at the age of twenty-five. Inthat same year of March 96', he captured the attention of a literary agent. Also, during that year, he switched from teleplay writing to screenplays. Travis felt that he wanted more freedom to express himself as a writer and being held down by television standards. So he decided to market himself bybtaking acting classes to help develop his characters and bring realism into his scripts. He volunteered to work on several Georgia State Film Student Projects (Talent, Production Assistant, Boom Operator, and Lead Grip). He also found two mentors that taught him the ways of the movie industry, Fran Burst (Producer/Director of Burst Entertainment) & Tahiera Monique (Casting Director of 316 East Productions).

In December 1999, Travis launched Silver*Ware Productions, Inc (SWPI). SWPI has created and developed many film projects over the years such as Wind & Fire (The Animated Series), Immortal Secrets, and Photo Finish. Over the years, SWPI has also developed film projects with other companies; SWPI has worked with other production companies and screenplay writers on several film projects such as (Dragon), (Rags, Riches, and Power), and (Warrior Queens).

In 2002, he started instructing students in the art of acting at the John Casablancas Modeling and Career Center. It's the largest acting & modeling school according to the Genus Book of World Record. He's been teaching for over five years now. He teaches students the business of acting from the "eyes of the director"; this is from headshots to resumes and how to show emotions and body language in front of the camera. Mr. Ware is also the Executive Vice President of Administration for Messenger Publishing, Inc. (MPI). MPI is a Georgia publishing corporation. MPI publishes books, magazines, and newspapers.

In 2006, Travis Ware launched a film column, In the Bizz that was featured in a new arts and entertainment magazine, Creative Minds Magazine (www.creativemindsmagazine.com). There he educates professionals about the business aspects of the film industry. Mr. Ware’s column is filled with a wealth of information such as script writing to pitching to the executives of major studios. After being in business for over eight years, SWPI has expanded into a studio and has changed the company’s name to Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. (SWSI) in October 2007. Travis Ware is currently, the CEO/President of SWSI. Although, it's not documented in his Corporate background, he is well diverse in negotiations, contracts, and deliverables. In the past two years, Travis has set up strategic alliances with, Shoreline Entertainment, Inc., MGM Studios, Screen Media Film, Louisiana Film Studios, and Indican Pictures. He is currently, proactively, seeking new business opportunities for the company. These are some of the tools that a CEO needs to possess.

In Travis’s book, Beyond the Pages Vol 1, he teaches how to get pass the red tape of the script writing industry. “Rather if its film or television, there will be a time where you will have to pitch your script to an executive of some TV Network, Production Company, or Production Studio,” stated Travis Ware. Beyond the Pages teaches you the difference between pitching to the head producer of that major production company or that executive of that major film studio; that’s so hard to get to. In this book, it states that you have a certain amount of time to impress the “powers that be.” It gives you tips and ideas on how to catch their attention and keeping it. Project Submission Guidelines

Screenplay Submissions
For screenplays, teleplays, TV Series, etc.; all submissions must be copy written by the Library of Congress and registered with the WGA (Writer's Guild of America). All storylines should be submitted in a synopsis format of 1 to 4 pages. If storyline is selected, screenplay must be submitted in Final Draft of PDF File Format.

Distribution Submissions
All projects must be copy written by the Library of Congress. Synopsis and samples (trailers) must be submitted to studio in web linkage or attached e-mail in avi, wmv, or mpeg format.

Music Submissions All music samples should be copy written by the Library of Congress. Song samples should be submitted to studio by web linkage or attached e-mail in .wav, .avi, or mp3 format.

Film Financing For Silver*Ware Studios to consider the possibility of financing your project (film, television, animation, video game, soundtrack, DVD, etc.), you must supply us with the following:

· Complete Budget Breakdow

· Synopsis · Cast List (LOI’s/Letter Of Intent or Contract)

Broadcasting

Silver*Ware TV will broadcast their programming through a broadband television network station. Their shows will be shown on a cable channel that will reach millions of tv watchers across the nation.

They will also televise their programs through Internet TV. You'll be able to steam the shows or download missed episodes on you PSP IPods, or Cell Phones, as well. Silver*Ware Records Soundtracks

So you have a hot track that you want the world to hear. You got a demo that needs to get out to the record label. Maybe you have that just the right song to put the mood of that movie scene. Well Silver*Ware Records is the connection for you.

SWR is the recording studio that creates the motion picture soundtraks for their own feature films, television shows, or animation picture for Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. They are not a record label, but a recording entity that records and even sales soundtrack albums and singles from their features and TV shows.

Silver*Ware Records will be located on the Silver*Ware Studios lot.

Silver*Ware Records is the studio's own "on the lot recording studio." They record music from soundtracks for their films, TV Shows, and/or their very own soundtrack album. Create your own demo or lease out our facility for your own label. Either way, the music will be recorded with the latest audio recording equipment and sound stages.

Music Sountracks

SWR records their own sountrack right on their on lot. There is no outside source to record for them. They bring in the artist and they let them record right in the recording studio. Artist from other record labels can come in and record for the film and be placed on the movie sound track or they can send it to us and we'll place it their and do the mixing as well.

Demo Recording

SWR also leases out audio services with their own engineeers to record the music and vocal recording for local and well known artist. Our six audio recording booths will accomodate you misic ans vocal needs to bring your music to life. We also master and duplicate copies to the client, as well.

Silver*Ware Animation Studios will be a computer animation studio with the technical, creative and production capabilities to create a new generation of animated feature films, merchandise and other related products. Silver*Ware's objective is to combine proprietary technology and world-class creative talent to develop computer-animated feature films with memorable characters and heartwarming stories that appeal to audiences of all ages. The studio will be located right in the Silver*Ware Studio lot.

SWAS will be a 27,000 square foot 3D Animation facility that will be attached to the Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. The facility will commindate motion capture, audio recording, and video game programing. Silver*Ware Animation Studios will be responsible for many important breakthroughs in the application of computer graphics (CG) for filmmaking. Consequently, the company has attracted some of the world's finest talent in the world. SWA technical and creative teams have collaborated since 2007 to develop a wealth of production software used in-house to create its movies and further the state of the art in CG and Motion Caption movie making.
