The need for SWSI is important and in high demand by producers, writers, promoters on the east coast of the United States because there is no other studio that can completely accommodate special effects, animation, motion capture and full-length features. They will be the leading studio in this field. They will also distribute movies, video games, and DVDs. SWSI will have more than just a movie studio on their facility. There are five divisions under the “umbrella” of SWSI. This includes Silver*Ware Animation Studios, Silver*Ware TV, Silver*Ware Records, Silver*Ware Distribution, Silver*Ware Home Entertainment. They’ll cover every aspect of the film, television, and gaming industry.
When fully built, the SWS studio lot will comprise 131,330 SF of film and television production space in 30 state-of-the-art sound stages, including up to over 56,000 SF of office, retail, industrial and commercial space for related industries. Properties are Silver*Ware Studios, Inc. will be located on a 60 -acre sites with access to a back lot of over 20 acres located in Cumming, GA. Building construction is expected to begin Fall/Winter, 2010/2011 with the full complex.
